We are so happy to welcome you to a new chapter at Recruiting Resources. Before we get into the details of all of our exciting new capabilities, we want to pull back the curtain and share how we got to this exciting new phase of our organization.
How We Started
Recruiting Resources launched 18 years ago with a single desk, a phone, and a vision – to find a better, more efficient way to match CRNA and Anesthesiologist professionals with healthcare facilities seeking their services. We are proud of the work we have done ever since, providing great service to our medical professionals and the facilities that need them, and growing our footprint across the Midwest.
For 18 years, we have worked hard to establish good partnerships with our providers, founder Christi Richardson says.When we help anesthesia professionals with their job search, we are not just helping them. They have families, and when we hear that they love their new job, and their families love their new community it’s so rewarding. And thats how we have built long-term relationships and friendships.
But we have also got bigger goals – to connect more and more CRNAs and Anesthesiologists with jobs around the entire country, while maintaining the commitment to always putting our locums and permanent job seekers first. Which leads us to.
Where We Are Going Next
We have come a long way from that lone desk, and now we are proud to announce an exciting new future for Recruiting Resources. We are joining forces with a new, rapidly growing recruiting agency – Uniti Med Partners! Uniti specializes in placing travel nurses and Allied professionals in premier facilities across the country.
We immediately knew that Uniti was the right partner for us because they share our dedication to creating great experiences for their travelers – and they felt the same way!

What does this mean for Recruiting Resources? Primarily, we are thrilled to have more resources at our teams disposal. For instance, this very website! And if you have been keeping up with us on our Facebook page, you’ll have noticed that our team has been growing lately! For our current CRNAs, Anesthesiologists, and facility partners, nothing changes. You can expect to keep getting the same excellent service you have come to expect from us – you just might be hearing from us a little bit more often with more opportunities!
