The NRHA as an organization has been a key piece of the rural hospital community since its inception in 1978. The association’s mission is to provide leadership on rural health issues through advocacy, communications, education, and research. NRHA membership consists of a diverse collection of more than 21,000 individuals and organizations, all of whom share the common bond of an interest in rural health – just like us!
We felt it was important to join the NRHA not because we want to break into the rural hospital staffing space, but because rural hospital staffing has always been at the heart of our business. The time was right for us to formalize that dedication to providing sustainable staffing solutions for rural hospitals and medical facilities.
